Ok. So. Today was fun and yet suuuucked. It was worse than that time I came to school and then realized I forgot my shoes back at home in Oceanside. Here's an update on what's been happening past few days:

-Science-
We are reviewing Photosynthesis. Woo. Mr. Fox was talking about things that don't need sun any way to survive in and he spoke of something that helps things at the seafloor stay alive.
"Ah yes..The glorious black smokers!"
Black..smokers?....Jamel just about died. He was laughing so hard he was about to cry. So for the whole hour Mr. Fox said 'black smoker' you would hear giggling come from people

-Social Studies-
Today we made 'woodblock prints' but actually with carving into plastic plates I made different colored peace signs on mine And we took a quiz yesterday. I aced it with a full score :joy:

-PE-
Blah. Boring schtuff blah. Today we played Frisbee Mania for our Friday game and I laughed because Nicole was trying to be poetic and then smacked her in the back of the head

*frisbee smacks into her*
It was funny We have our testing for flag football next week. I will definetely fail

-LA-
Oh boy. Where to start. We did posters on character analysis for this weeks story's characters. We had to make a poster of 3 characteristics and add a border with some meaning to the story. I was looking at the posters already up and one had rubber duckies drawn on it and even said "look I drew a rubber ducky LOL" and I was thinking 'What the hell..' SO yeah we got put into random groups. Sarah got stuck with both Victor and Jamel in her group. "Wow Sarah! It's like a magical world of rainbows and butterflies!" And she hit me They wouldn't help much so when she asked them to draw they did a little. I saw it later and it was funny I don't know who drew it but there was a stick figure that looked like it was holding another stick figure and kicking it...there. Poor Sarah. I had JD in my group and he drew the circle without any guide so it turned out...acorn shaped ._____. And then me and Sarah were talking about how we traumatized her brother by letting him watch a survivor show with us and a guy had a heart attack on it and omg so funny Everyone must have thought we were high. Also we got our writing scores back and I have a 2+

-Lunch-
At lunch today we had a schoolwide dance off!! They played the right songs for jerking and etc. and had a rope so that we could only crowd up to a certain point. There were some people who offered to come up and it was cool because before we only saw a few jerk in a small dance circle sometimes in the morning but now they went full out. They were walking on their hands and doing the reject and it was all so kickass SOme guy I think his name was Carlos or something won. He was REALLY GOOD. Like TV show good.

-Art-
Boring. As. Hell. Watching paint dry would be more interesting. Today Mrs. Hinkhouse came back to say goodbye and we all got candy And since no one would use the lab until the switch (every trimester electives switch if you sign up for it) we had to clean up everything. We got all the headphones together and stuck them in Lorenzo's hands and when that was full we put them on his neck head arms and legs for him to carry We also braided yarns for our Picasso project

-Math-
Nothing new. Started a new chapter, looks boring and easy Mario kept squealing today about stuff that didn't make sense (literally, he would be quiet and then shout out 'endoplasmic reticulum!' and go back to work and then like 5 minutes later 'cytoplasm!' and then again 'endoplasmic reticulum!' Walking science lesson much?? ANd Kainan accused me of getting rid of the ski jump (A.K.A. my bangs since they curled on the ends) on purpose. NO DUH since he teased me everyday of it But he still calls me ski jump. Whatever.


Also today my friend wore hot pink skinny jeans with turquoise zebra stripes on them. IT WAS KICKASS. When Brianna saw them she was all like \"OhmyfuckinggawdIsowantthosepantshtyeares oawesomeIcouldtakethemrightoffherandruna waywiththemtheyaresocoolIwanthemsobadlyo mgIwantthosepants! *squeal*"
